Controller connected, but not visible?

First check the secure page, press a controller button and inspect the local input diagnostic. An OS connection alone does not prove browser access.

Check in order

Use HTTPS and the input check page. Press a face button once; some browsers expose pads only after a gesture. Confirm the diagnostic says standard mapping.

If nothing appears, reconnect in the OS and try another supported browser or connection path. Do not install unknown controller extensions. Touch and keyboard remain available.
